Emotional Management

Most people do not pay attention to their emotions, especially among the male population, because for them it goes against their virility or manhood. That's why many men die of heart attack because they don't know how to express their emotions. Normally, men control or deny it, either being depressed or angry.

Managing one's emotion is easy if only a person is aware of what's going on in one's life. Through this, the person can get the reason behind such emotion. Then, learn to face such emotion with proper care. It is best to have a diary or do a journal writing concerning one's experience in order to analyze the corresponding emotion.

Emotional management requires a lot of maturity in order to control and regulate it with maximum success.
