Crab Mentality

This is the reason why the Philippines is going nowhere. The intelligent and multi-talented Filipinos are leaving the country because they are victims of crab mentality. They are threats to those mediocres who are not doing something for their ownselves to become better. But, instead, they do negative politicking in the organization where they work against those gifted Filipinos who can offer a lot based on their achievements and credentials.

These crabs cannot get what those achievers have and the only thing that they can do is to do negative acts (professional jealousy/envy) by being crabs. Always remember that "You cannot put a good man down" because this man will always shine wherever he goes.

What is happening is the sad reality that your strengths become your liabilities.
