Injustice

It is unfortunate that there are many people who are victims of varied forms of injustice in the society like in the workplace either in government or private institutions. At home, the family is the breeding ground of injustice especially if the family is dysfunctional. This is the root cause of injustice, the family it is because justice is minimal among members of the family.

Abused of authority is the most common form of injustice either in the workplace or in the family. Parents and immediate superiors in the office for example are the culprits of this kind of injustice. Bosses will exploit their subordinates like sexual harrasment or unfair labor practices. Parents will play favorites to their children.

Those who are doing injustices to others are people who have many insecurities within. They normally used their authority or position as their defense mechanism to their own weaknesses. They need professional help (ASAP). Just pity them. Pray for their healing.
