Empowered Parenting
Empowerment is a value that should be applied in different aspects of life. Even in parenting, empowerment is also applicable. Parents should be empowered to do their obligation as parents. The application of becoming good and responsible parents is empowered parenting.
Empowered parenting is leeting go of the pains of parenting. This is where parents practice their power as parents in the proper way by not controlling or dictating but by supporting their children through the years.
Parents practicing empowered parenting experience the blessings of being a father and a mother when they feel they are being value by their children with r espect and love coupled with trust and understanding.
Parents count their blessings and not their frustrations bevause they put God or Christ in the center of their family relationship which is the solid foundation of their own being.

My parents, especially my mother, pounds their frustrations to me. It's a hard thing.
So, I'm trying to follow my decisions and dreams, not their decisions and dreams. I won't be the frustrated them, I swore to my self.
But, it's also a hard thing. Because one of my dreams is to make them happy, and the only thing to make them happy is to follow the plans of their frustrations.

though they become over protected and strict sometimes. I now understand them and I now respect and love them more than how they deserve to be respected and loved!
i now knew the limitations between parents and daughter.
