Correct Parenting

Other name for correct parenting is balanced parenting. This kind of parenting is an ideal one because it ensures an open dialogue between parents and children. Parents are always giving time for their children to reason out and they try their best to understand them. They are open for compromise. They do not only hear but they listen. They try to empathize with their children.

Sometimes parents are reasonablly strict and limitedly lax to stike a balance. Children are happy with this kind of parenting because they have the freedom to choose but with equivalent responsibility. Parents are always there when they need them especially during trying times and they see to it that quality time is always present.

Only few parents practice correct parenting because most parents are influenced by the "Swing of the Pendulum", meaning either strict or lax and not the balanced correct parenting. Correct parenting is an art and a skill that parents should know because successful and happy children more often than not have parents who practiced correct parenting.
